All terms and conditions refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to satisfy the Client's needs in relation to the provision of the stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to applicable law in the Netherlands.

Terms of delivery:
Your order will be packed and ready for shipment as soon as your payment and/or pre-arranged deposit has been completed. The maximum delivery time for products that are in stock is 2 to 5 working days. In the case of commission agreements, delivery times will be agreed verbally. Vuorelta Design reserves the right to make any changes to the delivery times mentioned above. Delivery is provided by Sendcloud.
Return Policy:
Legally, the customer has a return period of 14 days in which items can be returned without giving a reason. When a shipment is returned to the sender, the costs will be borne by the sender, in addition, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed for the current shipment.
Terms of payment:
Full payment must be made when placing an order after which the orders will be shipped. This may also include special fees or billing charges, shipping taxes and more items that may be relevant to an order placed.

If a product ordered from Vuorelta Design that you receive is not as shown on Vuorelta Design, it can be returned - unused - as described in our return policy.
